Joint hypermobility is a condition that can be treated by physical therapy that includes strengthening and stabilization based act to promote stability around joints so that they do not overextend resulting in injury and pain.

There are several conditions that our PT team treat including:
- Benign hypermobility syndrome
- Ehlers Danlos syndrome
- Lupus
- Fibromyalgia
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Most connective tissue pathology and its associated pathology.
Most connective tissue disorders are associated with autoimmune pathology and do not exist independent of pain and other inflammatory conditions. We are prepared to evaluate and develop treatment plans dependent on the patients level of function and inflammatory process. Living with a connective tissue disorder can lead to chronic pain associated with joint dysfunction, decreased functional mobility, and decreased activity tolerance. We are prepared to Evaluate the whole patient and develop a treatment plan that helps you return to your highest level of function.
